docs: add wRTC Quickstart Guide (#58)

This PR adds a comprehensive wRTC Quickstart Guide.

Changes:

• Added docs/wrtc.md with canonical info and anti-scam checklist.
• Linked the guide from the main README.

Note: I have removed the .github/ workflows from this branch because my current environment token lacks the 'workflow' scope, which was blocking the push. Please merge only the documentation changes. 🎩
