Locky is a hibernate/suspend hook that runs based off of what it is fed in /etc/lockyrc

Features:
*Ignore certain users for screen locking
*Choose your screenlocker
*Customize how active sessions available for locking are displayed
*Customize how to detect available X sessions
*Customize messages given to /var/log/pm-suspend.log
