Prototype msgpack ext for easier input traversal

Prototype using a msgpack ext for wrapping arrays and maps with the byte length so that we can easily skip over these values.

Showed ~10-20% fuel improvement in our simple benchmarks, with likely significant savings in linear memory usage as well
