Motivation
We should use the latest versions of Ruby, RubyGems, and Bundler and we should have checksums in our
gemfile.lock.Follow up to
Implementation
Simple search and replace plus
bundle lock --add-checksums.Tests
See CI, should be more or less a no-op improvement.
