📌 Project Overview

CredChain-Nexus is a secure, blockchain-powered academic credential verification platform designed to prevent certificate fraud, streamline verification processes, and establish institutional trust across Bangladesh.

The system enables universities, employers, and graduates to issue, manage, and verify academic credentials in a decentralized and tamper-proof environment. By leveraging blockchain technology, cryptographic hashing, and smart contracts, CredChain-Nexus ensures integrity, transparency, and instant verification of academic records.

This solution is particularly relevant for institutions such as the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, where credential verification processes remain largely manual and time-intensive.

🎯 Problem Statement

Academic credential verification in Bangladesh faces several systemic challenges:
