As part of the alignment with core/runtest, the NODE_VERSION variable will be integrated into the IMAGE_NODE variable.

Related: #2012
As part of the alignment with core/runtest, we are updating the name of the Node.js image to IMAGE_NODEJS

See also: #2012
Updated the Node.js image to `ghcr.io/typo3/core-testing-nodejs24:1.1` and revised `node` and `npm` version constraints in `package.json` for compatibility.
