Thats, strange... when updating to v11 it forces you to reinstall, hence the changes to the lock file.
I noticed there's no overrides in the root pnpm workspace, they're located in the package.json, perhaps that's related.

So the overrides need to move from package.json into the pnpm config file!

yeah, I added it in fix: relocate overides to workspace.
I'm just fixing the Vue devtools build, was this only broken in my pr?
