I checked this out a few days ago, but personally didn't know if all of the layout changes with hr lines were better. Maybe @SeanCassiere could play with this pr a bit. I don't think anything on the site is broken, so there might not be a rush to review this. |

@KevinVandy for me the it was the first hr that made everything feel "off". I've removed it and it feels better to scroll through on Desktop and Mobile.
