Draft of MUDE workshop for working with LLMs in Python.

Notebooks included are:

  1. Overview page
  2. Setup guide
  3. Effective prompting
  4. Generating code
  5. Debugging
  6. Importance of human oversight

Converted to branch instead of fork to allow building

@Tom-van-Woudenberg I see in MUDE you will use this in 1.6. Is the rough plan still to polish things after doing this in class, then we decide what to do with this book after the academic year?

I think one obvious thing would be to move it to the TUD-OIT org like learn-python
