Fixed Geometry Orientation Feature

What does this PR do?:

• Add an algorithm?
• Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
• Documentation change?

Added a JavaScript implementation of the Geometry Orientation algorithm.
The function determines the orientation of three points (a, b, c) in a 2D plane.
It uses the cross-product method to compute orientation.
Returns:
1 → counterclockwise orientation
-1 → clockwise orientation
0 → collinear points
Helps in computational geometry problems like convex hull and line intersection.
