Describe your change:

Added a new recursive algorithm implementation in Python.
The algorithm demonstrates the concept of recursion for solving problems efficiently and is intended as a learning resource for beginners in algorithms and data structures.

Checklist:

I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

This pull request is entirely my own work and not plagiarized.

I understand that PRs failing automated tests will not be merged.

This PR changes only one algorithm file.

The file is placed inside an existing directory.

Function and variable names follow Python naming conventions.

All function parameters and return values use type hints.

The algorithm includes working doctests that pass automated testing.

A reference URL (Wikipedia or similar) is included for explanation.

Example: Added factorial_recursive.py in the maths/ directory.
