I fixed #711
The JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action workflow pushes website content to a
gh-pagesbranch, which triggers a website deployment. I have prototyped this here. Here is the gh-pages branch.This PR is huge due to the deleted content. You can ignore everything in
docs/since that's where all the deletions occurred.
