Add Razer Raiju Ultimate

Required to use the Razer Raiju Ultimate (firmware v1.05) with Steam on both USB and PC BT modes respectively. Tested with Steam Big Picture and Monster Train. No problems were found with Monster Train, but in Big Picture the trackpad seemed to constantly lose focus.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Big Picture
• Open web->google
• Touch the right side of the trackpad, works normally
• Press right on the d-pad
• Touch the right side of the trackpad, no longer works

If you run

~/.steam/root/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/run.sh steam-runtime-input-monitor

with this device unconnected, wait for it to finish describing all your other devices (it should say {"all-for-now": true} at the end), and then connect this device, what additional information is displayed after the {"all-for-now": true} marker?

Press Ctrl+C to stop the input monitor when it has finished displaying the new device(s). Having that information will help to avoid regressions in SDL for this device.

Please repeat for each mode.

Unfortunately, my Raiju Ultimate controller no longer works so I can't test.

This is the same device as in #34, but #34 is missing its Bluetooth version.

@TTimo, I think this one is good to add. It seems to be in-scope for this repository (shaped like a gamepad and suitable for use with Steam Input).
