- Updates the description of Blog Editor plug-ins. - Updates the documentation for the `ButtonImage` key. - Removes mentions of the `ShortenURLs` key. Support for this was removed in Vienna 3.5.9 and the underlying implementation no longer works even in older versions of Vienna, as Bitly's API endpoint is no longer accessible. - Replaces the word "plugin" with "plug-in"
