This change adds ability to specify a number of threads (
-t,--threads) to spawn for extraction. Improves the CDN downloads by at least 6 times using 12 cores. Already a good improvement, but we're still download-bound, so would be better to make a separate producer thread for downloader and extract as we get new data.
