Added iOS accessory views

Hi Michael,

Another thing I use in all of my iOS projects is the accessories on list cells.
Thought I might add that to your essentials!

Also I've added a dummy Init method so you won't need to instantiate some redundant object in code.

I've been thinking it over, I was wondering what happens with Android does it need something also?

While I'm not really a Android wizard, but they don't have the same kind of functionality right?
So this is kind of like the segmentedcontrol you added?

And it is specifically for the iOS library so our Android friends shouldn't be affected by this?

Ha, wow is this still here? :P The iOS accessory in a ListView Cell are the icons at the right hand side: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/ios/user-interface/controls/tables/customizing-table-appearance
