This makes the user able to create ORM config with the custom SqlWriterStrategy which seems to be useful.
…sql writer strategy class.
Jet only pre-insert action is supported. It is called each time before the insert action is performed.
This factory stores generated daos for ever. Thsi factory nicely works with recursive daos.
