This change introduces a graphical user interface (GUI) for the JyakoTen scoring tool, allowing users to run the scoring process from a user-friendly window instead of the command line.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6590047611439502728 started by @akjava

This commit introduces a graphical user interface (GUI) built with Tkinter to make the JyakoTen scoring tool more accessible.

The core changes include:

- A new `gui.py` file that creates the main application window. Users can now specify the transcript and recognition file paths through a file dialog and view the output in a text area.
- The scoring logic in `jyakoTen/score.py` has been refactored. The main functionality was moved from `score_main()` into a new `run_scoring(args_dict)` function. This allows the logic to be called programmatically from the GUI.
- The GUI runs the scoring process in a separate thread to prevent the UI from freezing during potentially long calculations.
- `score_main()` is preserved to maintain existing command-line functionality.
