share: speed up share loads

Summary

• persist a compact share_snapshot so share reads no longer replay and compact object-store events on every request
• dedupe queued share sync payloads and trim eager share-page work with caching headers and collapsed diffs by default
• keep the share route stable by restoring the safe client-only boundary while preserving the backend load-time wins
