These changes represent the updates needed to integrate the new artemis-console 1.5.0 release, adjust a test for recent improvements to the console tree, and update config/naming to reflect the new TLP.
Raising in advance since it may help others try out the console 1.5.0 release, and as I likely wont be around when these changes are actually needed.
This PR should not be merged until after the console 1.5.0 release occurs, so I marked it as a draft for safety. Its ready to go though and passed a full run of the test suite with matching console build.
