For context: CXF 4.x doesn't provide OSGi support. What I did in camel-karaf is to "wrap" in camel-karaf. The purpose #2461 is to provide Karaf service (wrapper) for CXF 4.x. |

This removes cxf 3.6 and aligns cxf 4 version to 4.2.0
