After creating and activating the conda environment, users need to install the module in editable mode so that src/ imports resolve correctly when running pytest or launching notebooks.

pip install -e .step to the conda Getting Started instructions in the generated README (closes update cookiecutter README.md instructions for code to work #106). Without this step, module imports fail when runningpytestor launching notebooks.
