Update service provider links in Base Services Hub

What changed? Why?

Updated all service provider links in docs/get-started/base-services-hub.mdx to use proper HTTPS protocol and correct URLs. This ensures all links are functional, secure, and point to the correct destinations.

Changes:

• Updated 14 service provider links with proper https:// protocol
