Update Can Do! description

Updates the Can Do! integration description to reflect current features.

Since our original listing, Can Do has added:

• Blogs and Knowledge Bases - CMS features that publish directly from Basecamp
• Improved bulk create - Cards and to-dos from Excel/spreadsheets
• Improved project archiving
• Better descriptions across all tools

The previous description mentioned "mini-apps" which no longer reflects the product.

Hi @jeissonneira! Congrats on all the new features :D

Since you're already in the list I'll merge this momentarily. That said, I'll strongly encourage you to setup up your own identity/auth provider instead of using Basecamp OAuth.
