  1. It made more sense for me to make a new markdown file for exam-outline to give it a distinction from exam-grading. Still kept some of the existing bits and added more from my google doc.
  2. Added favicon (little logo on the browser tab) of Berkeley CDSS :O
  3. Added myself to contributors + images for others. Couldn't find an image for Silas w/o weird resizing, and I don't know Sean.
