fix(news): swap 145/155 activity rooms, add OCF/MLK location, remove redstone signup form

Summary

Updated the BMT 2025 logistics post with three changes:

1. Swapped room assignments for student activities: Bitcoin talk moved from Dwinelle 145 → 155, Integration Bee moved from Dwinelle 155 → 145
2. Updated parent activity to maintain consistency: Bitcoin talk (4:30-6pm) also moved to Dwinelle 155
3. Updated Redstone Engineering section: Removed mention of sign-up form and added explicit location "OCF on the first floor of MLK"

Important: Check-in locations (Dwinelle 145 for non-online, 155 for online check-in) were intentionally NOT changed, as these appear to be separate from the activity room assignments.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify room swap is correct: Confirm that Bitcoin talk should be in Dwinelle 155 and Integration Bee should be in Dwinelle 145
• Check Redstone location completeness: Verify that "OCF on the first floor of MLK" provides sufficient directions for participants
• Confirm check-in locations unchanged: Double-check that check-in should still use the original room assignments (145 for non-online, 155 for online)
• Review for other 145/155 references: Confirm that parent lounge (155), campus tours (155), and awards ceremony rooms were correctly left unchanged

Test Plan

Build the site locally (nix run .#serve or zola serve) and verify that the logistics post displays correctly with the updated room assignments.
