address_byte_prefixis now available as an option for transactions and addresses through setting theaddress_byte_prefixparameter. Ifaddress_byte_prefixisn't set, just useMAINNET_ADDRESS_BYTE_PREFIX.()is removed from classesThis is an initial stab at #26 -- Doesn't handle segwit, testnet, or any custom script prefixes.
