Principal Product Architect at Microsoft. I work on the infrastructure that lets autonomous agents operate in high-trust environments — how they establish credibility, negotiate with other agents, and remain accountable when no human is in the loop.
Before this: helped ship Azure's first version, scaled Office 365, and pushed Microsoft's open source adoption at a time when that was still a contested position. Before Microsoft: built two start-ups — Minutepay.fr in Paris, acquired by Yahoo!, and Planning Studio Inc. in Boston, urban planning AI acquired by Accenture.
The current work sits at the boundary of philosophy and engineering. The agent era is arriving faster than the foundational infrastructure exists to support it. That gap is what I spend my time on.
