implements the line fill plot codes in blocks 0x48, 0x58, 0x68 and 0x78

this implementation is not efficient, but it works and provides compatibility for these previously missing plot codes a more efficient implementation will likely come at some point - essentially that will involve moving this functionality into vdp-gl. (this version has been integrated into the Console8 VDP variant and is present in the 2.2.0 release) |
