Deze PR actualiseert de size labels die gebruikt worden voor het inschatten van de benodigde tijd voor issues zodat ze beter bij onze interne werkwijze aansluiten. Zowel de tijdsinschattingen als de kleuren zijn aangepast.

De oude tijdsinschattingen waren te breed en niet praktisch voor onze dagelijkse workflow. Wij willen de issues juist zo klein mogelijk houden en opsplitsen.

Wijzigingen in tijdsinschattingen:

• XS: < 1 hour → < 15 minutes
• S: 1-4 hours → < 1 hour
• M: 1-2 days → 1-4 hours
• L: 3-5 days → 1-8 hours
• XL: > 1 week → > 1 day

Voordelen:

• Beter onderscheid tussen kleine taken
• Stimuleert het opsplitsen van grote issues
• Realistischere tijdsinschattingen voor dagelijkse workflow

De kleuren zijn ook subtiel aangepast voor betere visuele onderscheiding tussen de verschillende maten.
