This repository contains code from my Master’s thesis, conducted at the Physics for Medicine Lab under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Deffieux.
This thesis investigated the applicability of deep learning models to predict future fUS frames from recent previous frames, with the aim of better characterizing neural dynamics and establishing robust baselines for future neurotechnology applications.
