Git output from passthrough commands is now rendered through a Rich markdown pager that formats headers, code blocks, and inline code before piping to `less -RFX`. This provides prettier output for commit messages and other git content that contains markdown.

Configure git user identity and disable GPG signing in tests that create commits. Use initial_branch parameter to ensure "main" branch name consistency.
