- Truncate the tables only after processing all the needed requests
- don't truncate if the request doesn't succeed at least once
- relocate all the public transportation update scripts (it should not be in the root folder)

@Nayor, j'ai déjà fait des retours sur notre plateforme de tickets pour cette PR, car Loïc à fait un ticket (voir le ticket n°1833 chez nous). En l'état il ne faut pas fusionner, mais la démarche est bien la bonne il faut juste faire quelques retouches 😃 |
