Stage 2 PR-3 of 4 waves (spec: `docs/superpowers/specs/2026-05-15-examples-theme-sync-stage-2-design.md`). Migrates all 6 cockpit deep-agents example apps to the Stage 2 theme sync convention.

• `cockpit-deep-agents-filesystem-angular` (port 4311)
• `cockpit-deep-agents-subagents-angular` (port 4312)
• `cockpit-deep-agents-memory-angular` (port 4313)
• `cockpit-deep-agents-skills-angular` (port 4314)
• `cockpit-deep-agents-sandboxes-angular` (port 4315)

Improvements over wave 2 cleanup

Wave 2 (PR #343) required a follow-up sweep to consistently map `--chat-*` variants beyond the spec's original mapping table. Wave 3 dispatched subagents with the EXTENDED mapping built in — no follow-up sweep needed. Verification (`rg "var(--chat-" cockpit/deep-agents/`) returns empty.

Additional mappings handled by subagents

• `--chat-border-light` → `--ngaf-chat-separator` (planning — used for pending-step glyph)
• `--chat-input-bg` → `--ngaf-chat-surface-alt` (skills, sandboxes — input panel surface)
• `--chat-accent` → `--ngaf-chat-primary` (skills — skill name pill background)
• Inline hardcoded hex (e.g., `#22c55e` for completed checkmark) proactively migrated to status tokens

Test plan

• `pnpm nx run-many -t build -p` all 6 deep-agents apps — green
• Zero dead `--chat-*` refs across the wave
• CI verifies full check stack
• Manual chrome MCP smoke per app (post-merge — user-driven)

PR-4 (render + ag-ui, 7 apps) follows.
