docs: expand customer-facing package guidance

Summary

• Adds source-verified docs for A2UI, licensing, telemetry, AG-UI architecture/guides/reference, chat concepts, agent contract, and render concept guidance.
• Updates docs navigation and route coverage for the added pages.
• Corrects drift in customer-facing examples and cockpit guides for current inputs, submit shapes, message roles, theming, and A2UI protocol behavior.
