Expand runtime telemetry coverage

Summary

• add request-level runtime telemetry events across LangGraph and AG-UI runtime paths
• verify publish artifacts include install telemetry hooks and dependencies
• accept neutral browser ingest payloads without requiring a public key in the payload body
• add canonical demo/proxy coverage for sanitized runtime request telemetry
