docs(chat): comprehensive installation guide for commercial customers#540
Merged
Conversation
Rewrites /docs/chat/getting-started/installation as an end-to-end walkthrough aimed at a buyer who just received a THREADPLANE_LICENSE token by email. Covers prerequisites + adapter choice (@ngaf/langgraph vs @ngaf/ag-ui), install commands, three license-storage flows (.env, CI secret, private-repo commit), minimal provideChat/provideAgent wiring, first ChatComponent render, console verification of license status, and troubleshooting for the four [threadplane] warning states.
