Touches vercel.cockpit.json to trigger the cockpit deploy step. The Vercel env var NEXT_PUBLIC_COCKPIT_RUNTIME_BASE_URL was updated to examples.cacheplane.ai but the cockpit hasn't been rebuilt yet.
