Thanks for the contribution! A few suggestions:

Fix typos: "Decentrilzed" → "Decentralized", "Decentrilized" → "Decentralized"
The last entry is missing a closing | in the table

Once those are fixed, this looks good to merge! The decentralized search tools are useful additions for OSINT researchers.
