Add sort option

• Added sort button toggle to the end of timer list, conditional on having >1 timer

Notes

• Having a 30-second timer be at the bottom of a long list doesn't make much sense; presumably it's for something quick which necessitates a lower navigation time

• This is based on the duration of the timer, not the time remaining, so the order remains predictable
