-Implement _index.tsx (home page) using temporary JSON data with functioning sorting for Patient Name, Assigned Social Worker, and Last Contact.
-Import 'lucide-react' for arrow icons.
-Update routes.ts to use _index.tsx instead of starter.tsx.
