Overview
I added a search endpoint that allows a user to search for friends using netid or name. endpoints return list of relevant users and their current friend status with the user (none, friends, request_outgoing, request_incoming).
Also fixed some edge cases like users cannot add themselves, deleting friendships after deleting a user, and auto accepting if you are trying to add someone that already requested you.
