updated the agent.py to use the ClaudeSDK and mlflow to start the traces
updated deploy.sh during testing phase, found issues with step 6 granting permissions to lakebase.
changed the local deployment to a single script.

Updated local builder-app setup/deploy into a single script. It deploys lakebase/mlflow trace is required. It installs skills and copies during deployment. Will re-use lakebase if already there, so workspace deployment and local can share instance and projects.
