Summary

  • Bumped @databricks/sdk-experimental from 0.14.2 to 0.17.0 in the template, and from 0.16.0 to 0.17.0 in packages/appkit and packages/lakebase
  • Removed patch-package workaround from the template — the fix for http:// URL handling is now included in the SDK itself

Test plan

  • Verify npm install succeeds in a generated template
  • Verify SDK calls work against an http:// local proxy without patching

The latest SDK release incorporates the fix for upgrading http:// URLs
to https://, which broke the local API proxy. Bump all references from
0.14.2/0.16.0 to 0.17.0 and remove the patch-package workaround from
the template.
