Adds an interactive bundle size comparison page at static/compare/. Shows visual bar charts comparing essential-eth against ethers, viem, web3.js, and ox. Includes a savings calculator with shareable URLs. Part of Phase 2 roadmap (Bundle Size Comparison Tool).
