5.49a (naive keyboard and smartcard support)

Added Features:

• Naive Keyboard binding support.
  • Accepts input from any keyboard/keypad source, including virtual sources such as Forms SendKeys
• Smartcard Reader support as an option instead of using card ID files
  • A single reader can be muxed for use by two players (NUMLOCK ON = P2)
• Use of "top row" keys is now specifiable per keypad instead of globally
• Use of NUMLOCK to deconflict overlapping keypad use is now an option as opposed to automatically turned on

Smartcard testing was performed using a Sony RC -S300.

The only components changed are config.exe, eamio.dll, and geninput.dll. A patch has been provided if you want to just drop them atop an existing 5.49 instance. Note the network options will need to be reconfigured.
