Add YouTube channel icon to navbar

Adds a YouTube icon linking to https://www.youtube.com/@devproxy in the navbar, positioned between the GitHub and RSS icons. Applied to both desktop and mobile nav sections using the same inline SVG + styling pattern as existing icons.
