Add Getting Started video to homepage

Embeds the Get started with Dev Proxy YouTube video on the homepage.

• New "See It In Action" section between "Works with everything" and "Quick start scenarios"
• Responsive 16:9 iframe using youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode)
• Uses existing section-reveal scroll animation and site design tokens
