Some tests in Doris are failing due to changes in the code base.
This PR is just to bring back Doris e2e tests. They were not working/running as part of the Git actions/checks.
That happened because the latest version of Ubuntu does not work properly with our Doris version setup.
Basically, we are reverting to using the previous LTS Ubuntu version.
