抛一个事件出去，开发者可以自定义处理逻辑，组件内 toast 相关可以移出了

高度需要调整，现在正好一个月的高度，看不出来有多个月，试了下310px还行？

默认为当前年第一天，可参考datePicker min、max

删除无用变量。可以检查下，比如errTipTxt、angleOffset
